Job Description

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations and the sales team to execute inventory and operational duties, ensuring compliance with company procedures and Moncler service standards. This role oversees shipping and receiving, maintains back-of-house and front-of-house stock, supports store staff with inventory initiatives, and handles customer inquiries related to repairs and returns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, shipping, stock counts, and accuracy reconciliation.
  • Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff during store inventories.
  • Maintain stock organization and presentation in both back-of-house and sales floor per operations guidelines.
  • Support store staff to meet company initiatives such as inventory maintenance and operational procedures.
  • Provide customer service for repairs and returns and ensure UPT and availability updates are achieved.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in inventory management, maintenance, and availability reporting.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to read and analyze reports and perform basic calculations.
  • Authorization to work in the country and willingness to work varied hours, overtime, and stand/walk for the majority of a 40-hour week.
  • Ability to move and handle merchandise and boxes generally weighing 0-40 pounds; strong attention to detail and leadership qualities.
