Stock Controller

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations, sales teams, and management to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, supports store staff on inventory maintenance, and delivers customer service related to repairs and returns.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures
• Ensure inventory level accuracy and update unit per transaction records
• Maintain stock in back of house and front of house per operations guidelines
• Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Direct staff during store inventories and partner with Stock Associates
• Provide customer service regarding repairs and return of merchandise
• Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and operations procedures
• Adhere to company operational policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred
• Proven track record of inventory management and reporting
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• College degree preferred
• Authorization to work in the country of employment
• Willingness to work overtime with short notice
• Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work varied hours and stand and walk for majority of a 40-hour week
