Stock Controller - Soho

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations and sales teams to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role manages inventory, shipping and receiving, supports store staff with inventory maintenance and provides customer service related to repairs and returns.

Responsibilities

• Execute company service standards consistently
• Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures
• Provide customer service for repairs and returns of merchandise
• Achieve and maintain inventory level accuracy including UPT updates
• Maintain stock both back of house and front of house to operations guidelines
• Support store staff to comply with inventory maintenance and back of house procedures
• Oversee delivery of incoming and outgoing shipments and direct staff for inventories
• Partner with Stock Associates to maintain accurate inventory levels

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years retail operations experience
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred
• Proven inventory management and reporting skills
• Proficient with MS Word Excel and Outlook
• College degree preferred
• Authorized to work in the country of employment
• Ability to work overtime and varied hours including standing and lifting up to 40 pounds
