Responsibilities- Manage stock to maximize productivity and maintain organization.
- Handle all shipping and receiving procedures and paperwork distribution.
- Process merchandise received directly from vendors and manage inter-store transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain comprehensive logs for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Input and process authorized merchandise into inventory through the Computer System.
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and timely.
- Ensure e-commerce inventory levels are accurate and updated across platforms.
- Support processing of online returns and restocking procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product listings and availability are current.
- Maintain packaging standards for all e-commerce shipments in line with brand guidelines.
Requirements- 2+ years of retail operations experience.
- Experience managing a luxury retail stock room.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Overall organization and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally integrated retail environment.
