Stock Keeper - NorthPark

Summary

The Stock Keeper is responsible for managing inbound and outbound merchandise and maintaining the back-of-house stock and supply areas to support boutique operations and sales goals. This role ensures accurate inventory processing through the store system, proper ticketing and tagging, and adherence to loss prevention standards while supporting client-related transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inbound and outbound merchandise and maintain stockroom organization
• Execute shipping and receiving procedures with proper documentation
• Process vendor deliveries, inter-store transfers, RTVs, and damages
• Input and process authorized merchandise into inventory systems
• Maintain comprehensive logs for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Support client-related transactions including consignments and charge sends
• Ensure proper ticketing and sensor tagging standards are applied
• Uphold loss prevention standards and store policies
• Assist in controlling shortages through accurate inventory management

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail operations experience
• Experience managing a luxury retail stockroom
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
