Stock Keeper - San Marcos Outlet

As a Stock Keeper at the San Marcos Outlet, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our back of house stock and supply areas. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting the overall productivity of the store.

• Manage stock to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Understand and execute all shipping and receiving procedures and paperwork distribution.
• Handle merchandise received directly from vendors and manage inter-store transfers, RTVs, and damages.
• Process client purchases, consignments, and charge sends to other locations.
• Maintain comprehensive logs for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Input and process all authorized merchandise into inventory through the Computer System.
• Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to Store policies.
• Control shortage through effective inventory management.
• Ensure proper ticketing and sensor standards are met.

• 2+ years of retail operations experience.
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
