Stock Keeper - Women's Handbags Concession

Summary

Part-Time Stock Keeper responsible for managing inbound and outbound merchandise and maintaining organization of back of house stock and supply areas at the women's handbags concession. Role ensures accurate processing of inventory, adherence to shipping and receiving procedures, and supports loss prevention through proper ticketing and sensor standards. Works with inter-store transfers, vendor shipments, consignments, and client purchases while maintaining comprehensive shipment logs.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound merchandise handling and documentation
• Maintain and organize stock room and back of house supply areas
• Process authorized merchandise into inventory via the computer system
• Handle inter-store transfers, returns to vendor, and damaged goods
• Manage consignments and charge sends to other locations
• Maintain comprehensive logs for all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensure proper ticketing and sensor standards are applied
• Support loss prevention through adherence to store policies
• Assist management in controlling inventory shortages

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail operations experience
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and paperwork
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to input and process inventory using computer systems
• Familiarity with loss prevention practices
