Summary
Responsible for stock management and KPIs, ensuring corporate guidelines and procedures are followed, minimizing stock losses, and managing the stock team to facilitate an efficient selling process.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety of products and valuable material in the warehouse during handling.
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise per corporate procedures.
- Prepare product for the shop floor and special areas.
- Organize, manage and perform product counting and stock takes.
- Track product flow through the SAP system.
- Manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
- Handle returns, shop to shop transfers, and e commerce deliveries per guidelines and deadlines.
- Ensure security and cleaning of the stock facility.
- Optimize and organize stockroom space with store leadership.
Requirements
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to motivate and coach staff.
- Organizational and detail oriented skills.
- Mature and assertive demeanor.
- Experience with inventory systems such as SAP.
- Experience planning and coordinating staff activities and performance assessments.
- Business or retail management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art and design.
- English fluency; other languages are a plus.
