Summary
Responsible for overseeing stock management and related KPIs for the store, ensuring orderly merchandise flow, minimizing stock losses, and implementing corporate store operations guidelines. Manages the stock team to maintain an impeccable stockroom and support the sales floor. Ensures accurate inventory tracking and adherence to procedures for receipts, transfers, returns, and e-commerce fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and security of products and valuable materials in the warehouse.
- Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise per corporate procedures.
- Prepare product for the shop floor and special areas.
- Organize and perform product counts and stock takes.
- Track product flow and inventory using the SAP system.
- Manage stockroom activities related to markdowns and space optimization.
- Coordinate returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries to meet guidelines and deadlines.
- Train, manage, and evaluate the stock team and distribute tasks and responsibilities.
- Conduct performance assessments and coach staff in coordination with the Store Manager.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to motivate staff and provide coaching and training.
- Organized and detail oriented with strong operational focus.
- Mature, assertive, and able to manage security and facilities.
- Experience with inventory systems, preferably SAP.
- Retail or business management education is a plus.
- Interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
- Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
