Stock Manager - Forum Shops Las Vegas

Summary

The Stock Manager reports to the Store Director and is responsible for overseeing stockroom operations in accordance with the store operations manual and global stockroom guidelines. This role manages inventory control, shipping and receiving, repairs, supplies and cost management, opening and closing procedures, and reporting. The Stock Manager supports the sales floor as needed and leads a team to ensure operational excellence and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom policies and procedures and ensure compliance with operations guidelines
• Manage daily shipping and receiving and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
• Receive merchandise and complete monthly store reconciliation
• Coordinate and handle repairs, including weekly shipments and follow up
• Perform cycle counts, prepare annual inventory, and resolve negatives to prevent discrepancies
• Maintain and organize stockroom (HOH), manage supplies and align costs with budget
• Perform opening and closing procedures and coordinate store maintenance and facilities updates
• Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly and monthly reporting; support sales floor and special projects

Requirements

• 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and inventory systems such as JDA
• Strong organizational, communication and commercial awareness skills
• Proven ability to manage, coach and develop a team and drive results
• Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment and lift or move bulk merchandise
