Stock Manager - Short Hills Mall

As a Stock Manager at Balenciaga Short Hills Mall, you will oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom, ensuring compliance with Balenciaga's Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines. You will collaborate with store management to maintain store operations, inventory, and customer service.

• Oversee policies and procedures according to Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
• Manage daily shipping and receiving roles efficiently.
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and receive merchandise.
• Complete monthly store reconciliation and handle repairs in a timely manner.
• Perform cycle counts and monitor inventory to prevent discrepancies.
• Ensure costs are aligned with budget and manage supplies.
• Perform opening and closing procedures according to guidelines.
• Coordinate maintenance and store planning updates with the corporate team.
• Submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Support the sales floor and work on additional projects as directed by management.

• 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, JDA, etc.
• Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external individuals.
• Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise.
• Proven ability to drive results and excellent organizational skills.
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
