Stock Manager - Yorkville

Summary

The Stock Manager is responsible for managing stockroom operations and ensuring inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving, and daily stockroom procedures in support of store performance. Reporting to the Store Director, this role monitors reconciliation and reporting, maintains stockroom organisation and supplies, and supports the sales floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform daily shipping and receiving duties efficiently
• Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and perform cycle counts
• Receive merchandise and complete monthly and annual inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate repairs, ship out repairs weekly and follow up as required
• Maintain stockroom organisation, monitor negatives and prevent loss prevention and sales issues
• Ensure supplies and costs align with budget and perform opening and closing procedures
• Coordinate facility maintenance and submit required daily, weekly and monthly reporting

Requirements

• 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, word processing) and inventory systems such as JDA
• Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and ability to drive results
• Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise and react quickly in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to manage, coach and develop a team and strong communication skills
