Summary
The Stock Runner supports boutique operations by organizing stockrooms, processing new deliveries, retrieving merchandise for the sales team, and maintaining neat inventory areas to help deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve merchandise and additional sizes or colors for clients and sales staff.
- Deliver and move product between floors and stockrooms as needed.
- Stock and replenish merchandise on sales floors efficiently and accurately.
- Reticket merchandise returns and return items to floor or stock quickly.
- Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stockroom to visual and operational standards.
- Support shipping and receiving by placing incoming stock into appropriate stockrooms.
- Assist selling team with stock and size questions and other operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Detail oriented with a sense of urgency and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs.
- Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Demonstrated adaptability and teamwork in a client focused retail environment.
