Stock Runner - Maison Madison Flagship

As a Stock Runner at Maison Madison Flagship, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our stockrooms, supporting the sales team, and enhancing the client experience in a luxury retail environment.

• Organize stockrooms and put away new deliveries daily.
• Retrieve items for the sales team during peak seasons.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized stockrooms.
• Provide excellent service by quickly locating merchandise and retrieving additional sizes, colors, and options.
• Deliver and move products between floors as needed.
• Engage clients with a friendly and warm attitude.
• Ensure all merchandise is stocked and replenished efficiently.
• Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
• Assist the selling team with stock and size questions.
• Support the shipping and receiving team with daily new receipts.

• Detail-oriented professional with a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills with a gracious and warm approach.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
