Stock Specialist

Summary

The Stock Specialist supports the Hermès Miami boutique by organizing stockrooms, processing new deliveries, and retrieving merchandise to assist the sales team and clients. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role helps maintain inventory accuracy and a high-quality client experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain stockrooms to meet visual and operational standards.
• Receive and put away new deliveries daily, placing incoming stock in appropriate stockrooms.
• Retrieve merchandise, additional sizes, colors and options quickly for clients and sales associates.
• Transport product between floors as needed and support back-stocking.
• Reticket merchandise returns and return items to the sales floor or stockroom promptly.
• Participate in store inventory activities, including cycle counts and manual counts.
• Support shipping and receiving processes and complete operational tasks related to inventory and transfers.
• Work across multiple floors and product categories to fulfill sales team and client requests.

Requirements

• Detail oriented with a sense of urgency and a warm, professional manner.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused attitude.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and perform physical stockroom tasks.
• Flexible availability to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
