Stock Specialist

Summary

The Stock Specialist supports boutique operations by organizing stockrooms, processing new deliveries, retrieving merchandise for the sales team, and maintaining clean and organized storage areas to ensure an exceptional client experience in a fast paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain stockrooms to optimize space and workflow
• Put away new deliveries daily and place incoming stock in appropriate stockrooms
• Retrieve merchandise and additional sizes or colors for sales associates and clients
• Move product between floors and support shipping and receiving
• Reticket merchandise returns and return items to floor or stock
• Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts
• Support operational tasks related to inventory, transfers, and assigned duties
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stock room standards

Requirements

• Detail oriented with a sense of urgency and adaptability
• Strong communication skills and a gracious, warm approach to clients and team
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work a flexible schedule according to business needs
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work across multiple floors and product categories
