Summary
The Stock Specialist organizes and maintains stockrooms, processes new deliveries, supports shipping and receiving, and assists the sales team by retrieving merchandise across multiple floors to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve merchandise quickly for clients and sales associates.
- Move product between floors and restock sales floor as needed.
- Process new receipts and place incoming stock in appropriate stockrooms.
- Reticket merchandise returns and return items to floor or stock.
- Participate in store inventory, cycle counts, and manual counts.
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stockroom meeting visual and operational standards.
- Assist selling team with stock and size questions.
- Organize stock to optimize workflow and space utilization.
- Complete operational tasks related to inventory and transfers as assigned.
Requirements
- Detail oriented with a sense of urgency.
- Professional, friendly, and warm customer service manner.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
