Job Description

Summary

Responsible for overseeing stockroom operations and coordinating between back and front of house to ensure efficient product flow, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies. Supports the Store Manager and sales team by managing merchandise intake, replenishment, omnichannel execution, and loss prevention activities to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain effective organization of sellable products to support sales and minimize client wait times.
  • Manage merchandise replenishment and shop floor availability in coordination with the sales team.
  • Execute product intake and outflow processes and optimize stock capacity and rotation.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and support annual stock-takes, tracking discrepancies.
  • Report stock loss, thefts, and unusual stock adjustments and support reconciliation.
  • Support omnichannel ship-from-store orders to minimize cancellations and improve satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce company tools and systems for stock management.
  • Assist in after sales processes including returns, repairs, and client complaints handling.
  • Support loss prevention policies and conduct audits of stock movements.

Requirements

  • Experience in inventory and stockroom management with attention to accuracy and organization.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention practices and ability to conduct or support audits.
  • Familiarity with retail systems such as SAP and related stock management tools.
  • Strong operational leadership and ability to coordinate with sales and management.
  • Ability to manage product handling to prevent damage and preserve sellable condition.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to support front of house operations.
  • Problem solving skills to address discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
