Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Supervisor at Valentino in Aspen, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and guiding the store team to ensure compliance with Valentino guidelines. You will optimize the efficiency of store back-end processes and uphold the highest standards of care for the company's products, serving as the crucial link between the back and front of house.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing retail operation policies related to back-of-house management.
  • Organize sellable products to support the sale process and minimize client waiting time.
  • Manage orders and organization of non-sellable products such as stationery, packaging, and uniforms.
  • Coordinate product intake and outflow to optimize stock capacity and maintain proper stock rotation.
  • Execute cycle counts and annual stock-takes, tracking reconciliation of stock discrepancies.
  • Implement Loss Prevention policies and manage potential challenges.
  • Ensure proper product handling and care to avoid damages and missed sales opportunities.
  • Assist colleagues in managing after-sales processes and ensuring client care.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory and stock management.
  • Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to guide a team.
  • Expertise in inventory accuracy and stockroom organization.
  • Proficiency in implementing policies and conducting audits.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate between back and front of house.
