Stock Supervisor - Cabazon Desert Hills Outlet

As a Stock Supervisor at the Cabazon Desert Hills Outlet, you will oversee the organization and management of the stockroom, ensuring efficient merchandise flow and supporting the store's productivity. You will act as a key holder and ambassador for the brand, promoting its values and ensuring the highest level of client service.

• Maintain and supervise inbound and outbound merchandise and stockroom organization.
• Monitor stock levels and support client advisors.
• Ensure efficient replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Train new stock keepers on system and stockroom guidelines.
• Participate in daily store meetings and communicate business trends.
• Identify and report store maintenance issues.
• Ensure accurate receipt, tagging, and delivery of products.
• Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss-prevention.
• Oversee receipts, deliveries, and outgoing packages.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and respond to discrepancies.
• Manage staff uniforms and order office supplies.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with women's and men's ready-to-wear.
• Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
