Stock Supervisor - Central Valley

Summary

The Stock Supervisor is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and organization in the stockroom and on the selling floor at the outlet. This role supports store sales productivity and customer service by processing inventory transactions accurately and promptly. The position handles shipping and receiving, replenishment, and assists with physical inventory and discrepancy resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
• Process inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner to support sales and customer service.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure sizes and styles are accurately represented.
• Communicate product stock level and quality issues to the General Manager and Assistant Manager to help avoid shrink.
• Keep the stockroom clean and organized and stock shelves and racks as needed.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently and assist with store physical inventory and resolving discrepancies.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with coworkers, clients, and management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail or outlet experience; stock experience preferred.
• Full understanding of specialty retail and outlet business operations.
• Computer skills including operation of retail POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with an entrepreneurial and sales-focused mindset.
