Stock Supervisor - Green Hills

As a Stock Supervisor at our Nashville Green Hills boutique, you will be responsible for maintaining and supervising all inbound and outbound merchandise, as well as organizing all back of house stock and supply areas. You will ensure stockroom organization to maximize store productivity and support client advisors in their activities.

• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure efficient replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Train new stock keepers on system and stockroom guidelines.
• Participate in daily store meetings to communicate business trends and updates.
• Identify and report store maintenance issues and work closely with Corporate to resolve them.
• Ensure accurate receipt, tagging, and delivery of products and supplies.
• Supervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor.
• Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss-prevention measures.
• Oversee all receipts, deliveries, and outgoing packages.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and respond to Corporate regarding discrepancies.
• Manage staff uniforms and order office supplies.

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with women's and men's ready-to-wear.
• Results-driven with leadership capabilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
