Job Description

Summary

The Stock Supervisor manages back-of-house operations and supports the sales and management teams on the salesfloor. This role leads inventory, receiving, and stockroom organization under the direction of the Store Director and operations partners. The supervisor ensures inventory accuracy, coordinates repairs and transfers, and helps prepare for cycle and annual inventories.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
  • Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries and resolve shipment discrepancies
  • Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner
  • Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts and assist with annual inventory preparation
  • Manage repairs log and liaise with repair centers and internal partners
  • Handle opening/closing procedures and register cash handling, including running daily reports
  • Support and coach the sales team on merchandising standards and salesfloor coverage
  • Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of retail experience; luxury experience preferred
  • Experience with shipping programs, inventory management systems, and inventory audits
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with inventory reports
  • Pro-active, team-centric attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
