Stock Supervisor - Las Vegas North Premium Outlet

As a Stock Supervisor at Las Vegas North Premium Outlet, you will be responsible for maintaining and supervising all inbound and outbound merchandise, as well as organizing all back of house stock and supply areas. You will act as a key point of contact for stockroom operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity in line with Dolce & Gabbana's standards.

• Ensure stockroom organization to maximize store productivity.
• Monitor stock levels and support client advisors.
• Act as a role model in providing the highest level of client service.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador, promoting its values and ambitions.
• Manage stockroom organization to contribute to store productivity.
• Ensure efficient replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
• Provide training support on system and stockroom guidelines to new stock keepers.
• Participate in daily store meetings to communicate business trends and updates.
• Identify and report store maintenance issues to Corporate.
• Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products and supplies.
• Prepare new items for display in collaboration with Client Advisors.
• Supervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor.
• Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss-prevention.
• Oversee and confirm all receipts, deliveries, and outgoing packages.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and respond to Corporate discrepancies.
• Manage staff uniforms and order office supplies.

• 2+ years of retail operations experience.
• Experience managing a luxury retail stock room.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Overall organization and attention to detail.
