Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Supervisor at Las Vegas North Premium Outlet, you will oversee the organization and supervision of all inbound and outbound merchandise, ensuring efficient stockroom operations and supporting the store's productivity. You will act as a key holder and represent the brand's values within the marketplace.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure stockroom organization to maximize store productivity.
  • Monitor stock levels and support client advisors.
  • Act as a role model for client service and brand representation.
  • Manage stockroom organization in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure efficient replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
  • Provide training support to new stock keepers.
  • Participate in daily store meetings and communicate business trends.
  • Identify and report store maintenance issues.
  • Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products.
  • Prepare new items for display in collaboration with Client Advisors.
  • Supervise transfers and operations between storage and shop floor.
  • Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss-prevention.
  • Oversee receipts, deliveries, and outgoing packages.
  • Maintain loss prevention standards and respond to discrepancies.
  • Manage staff uniforms and order office supplies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail operations experience.
  • Experience managing a luxury retail stock room.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Overall organization and attention to detail.
