- Ensure efficient replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
- Provide training support on system and stockroom guidelines to new stock keepers.
- Participate in daily store meetings to communicate business trends and updates.
- Identify and report store maintenance issues to Corporate.
- Ensure timely receipt, tagging, and delivery of products and supplies.
- Prepare new items for display in collaboration with Client Advisors.
- Supervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor.
- Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss-prevention.
- Oversee and confirm all receipts, deliveries, and outgoing packages.
- Maintain loss prevention standards and respond to Corporate discrepancies.
- Manage staff uniforms and order office supplies.
Requirements- 2+ years of retail operations experience.
- Experience managing a luxury retail stock room.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Overall organization and attention to detail.
