Job Description

Summary

The Stock Supervisor will manage back-of-house operations and support the sales and management teams in a luxury retail boutique. Reporting to the Store Director, this role leads stockroom organization, shipping and receiving, inventory controls and repairs coordination to ensure accurate stock levels and an elevated salesfloor presentation. The role collaborates with Operations partners and coaches store staff to maintain company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards
  • Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries and resolve shipment discrepancies
  • Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain repairs log and liaise with repair centers and internal partners
  • Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts and support annual inventory preparation
  • Run opening/closing procedures including cash handling and daily reports
  • Support the salesfloor as needed and coach team on merchandising and selling behaviors
  • Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of retail experience; luxury experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Experience with shipping systems, inventory management and inventory audits
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Proactive, team-centric attitude and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
