Job Description

Summary

Lead and coordinate store back-of-house operations to ensure efficient stockroom management, compliance with company guidelines, and high standards of product care. Support the sales team by optimizing product flow, executing omnichannel fulfillment where applicable, and partnering with store management on loss prevention and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain effective organization of sellable products to support sales and minimize client wait time
  • Manage merchandise replenishment and ensure product availability on the shop floor
  • Coordinate product intake and outflow and optimize stock capacity and rotation
  • Execute cycle counts and annual stock takes and track reconciliation of discrepancies
  • Report stock loss and unusual adjustments and support loss prevention activities
  • Support omnichannel ship from store orders to minimize cancellations
  • Manage non sellable items such as packaging uniforms and stationery
  • Assist colleagues with after sales processes including returns repairs and complaints
  • Utilize company tools and systems for stock and operational processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inventory and stockroom management
  • Knowledge of loss prevention practices and ability to conduct audits
  • Ability to lead and coordinate store teams and implement policies
  • Familiarity with retail systems such as SAP or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to product care
  • Effective communication and collaboration with sales and management
  • Experience executing cycle counts and investigating stock discrepancies
  • Customer centric approach to support before and after sales processes
