Job Description

Summary

Responsible for supervising inbound and outbound merchandise and maintaining back of house stock and supply areas to maximize store productivity and service. Acts as a role model for client service, supports replenishment and inventory processes, and liaises with Corporate on store maintenance and stock discrepancies. May serve as a key holder and provide training support to new stock staff.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise receipt, tagging, deliveries, transfers, and outgoing packages in a timely manner.
  • Manage stockroom organization and ensure efficient replenishment to the sales floor.
  • Plan and undertake inventory operations and support loss prevention initiatives.
  • Control article placement and supervise flow of goods between storage and shop floor.
  • Prepare new items for display in collaboration with client advisors.
  • Communicate daily business trends and stock rotation needs to store team.
  • Oversee inter store transfers, RTVs, damages, consignments, and PR deliveries.
  • Coordinate store maintenance issues with Corporate and manage store materials and supplies.
  • Manage staff uniforms and order office and store supplies, coordinating with suppliers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
  • Experience with women's and men's ready to wear merchandise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership capabilities and results driven approach.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced retail environment.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Competency in inventory controls, loss prevention, and cash procedures.
