Stock Supervisor

As a Stock Supervisor, you will work in partnership with the leadership team to ensure optimal preparedness for the customer experience. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and identifying areas of opportunity for the store operations and allocation teams. You must have a close attention to detail, be tech savvy, and possess exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Manage supply and inventory, preventing overage and maintaining budgets.
• Handle merchandise, executing shipment receiving and processing procedures to floor-ready standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and supervise the daily activities of the Sales Support Team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient stockroom.
• Ensure compliance with all store/company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

• Strong organizational and logistics skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
