Stock Supervisor

Summary

The Stock Supervisor supports store leadership to ensure preparedness for the customer experience by receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and identifying operational opportunities. This role emphasizes inventory accuracy using RFID and stock systems, maintaining a safe and efficient stockroom, and supervising sales support activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process shipments to floor ready standards
• Manage inventory accuracy using RFID and stock management systems
• Prevent overage and help maintain supply budgets
• Organize and maintain a safe clean efficient stockroom
• Provide on the job training to and supervise Sales Support Team daily activities
• Collaborate with store management on stockroom layout and operations
• Ensure compliance with store policies and store process expectations
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong organizational and logistics skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Team oriented with ability to supervise others
• Ability to lift bend and carry at least 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Detail oriented and tech savvy with time management skills
