Job Description

Summary

The Stock Supervisor partners with store leadership to manage receiving, stock organization, and inventory accuracy to ensure optimal preparedness for the customer experience. This role oversees merchandise handling and shipment processing to maintain floor-ready standards and works with allocation and store operations to prevent overage and meet budget expectations. The Stock Supervisor also provides on-the-job training and supervises the Sales Support Team while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient stockroom.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supply and inventory accuracy using RFID and stock management systems to prevent overage and maintain budgets
  • Receive, process, and handle merchandise to floor-ready standards and maintain customer goods
  • Supervise and provide on-the-job training for the Sales Support Team as applicable
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient stockroom and collaborate on optimal stockroom layout
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and meet expectations on the Store Process Dashboard
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Strong organizational, logistics, and time-management skills
  • Tech savvy with experience using inventory or RFID systems
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
