Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Supervisor at our Topanga location, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales floor. You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, supporting the sales team, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  • Support the sales team by providing timely and accurate stock information.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of the shop floor.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff members in stock management practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably with stock management responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
