Stock Supervisor

Summary

The Stock Supervisor maintains inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor, supporting store sales productivity and customer service. This role ensures accurate inventory transactions, appropriate stock levels, and an organized stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory transactions accurately and promptly, and maintain appropriate stock levels across sizes and styles.
• Communicate stock level and product quality concerns to store management to help avoid shrink.
• Keep the stockroom clean and organized, and perform shipping and receiving tasks efficiently.
• Stock shelves and racks, assist with physical inventory, and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Demonstrate professionalism and effective teamwork when interacting with coworkers, clients, and management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail or outlet experience; stock experience preferred.
• Understanding of specialty retail and outlet business.
• Computer skills, including retail point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, outgoing, high-energy, entrepreneurial, and sales-focused approach.
