Job Description

Summary

We are excited to open our new Dolce & Gabbana Outlet with an exceptional Stock Supervisor career opportunity available at our Wrentham Village Premium Outlet. As a Stock Supervisor, you will act as the point person for maintaining and supervising all the inbound/outbound merchandise, as well as the maintenance and organization of all back of house stock and supply areas.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure stockroom organization to maximize store productivity.
  • Monitor stock levels and support activities of client advisors.
  • Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the marketplace.
  • Manage the stockroom organization in accordance with DG directives and procedures.
  • Ensure efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor.
  • Provide training support on system and stockroom guidelines to new stock keepers.
  • Participate in daily store meetings to communicate current business trends and motivate store employees.
  • Identify and report store maintenance issues and work closely with Corporate to resolve them.
  • Ensure receipt, tagging, and delivery of products and supplies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare new items for display in collaboration with Client Advisors.
  • Plan and undertake inventory operations and monitor loss-prevention.
  • Oversee and confirm all receipts, deliveries, and outgoing packages.
  • Maintain loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to store policies.
  • Manage staff uniforms and order office supplies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail operations experience.
  • Experience managing a luxury retail stock room.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Overall organization and attention to detail.
