Job Description

Summary

As a Stock Support at Chanel's Flagship Boutique in Yorkville, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the back of house operations and supporting the boutique and head office functions. Your role will involve ensuring excellent customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork while adhering to Chanel's high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of back of house areas.
  • Assist with receiving, sorting, and distributing correspondence and organizing boutique inventories.
  • Ensure Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked.
  • Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and Chanel Head Office.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues and respond promptly to requests.
  • Work efficiently within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the company's commercial activities and internal affairs.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service and stock management; retail experience is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and flexible hours as needed.
  • Professional presentation and behavior.
