Responsibilities- Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise.
- Prepare merchandise for shipping and ensure accurate packaging and wrapping.
- Supervise UPS log and track packages.
- Arrange hand deliveries and report any damaged merchandise to management.
- Arrange merchandise in the stock area to top store standards and ensure accurate ticketing and censoring.
- Prepare merchandise for in-store allocation and perform cycle counts.
- Reconcile discrepancies with store leadership and prepare the store for inventory.
- Build IAF and process incoming repairs, submitting claim paperwork to Corporate.
- Assist in the repair cycle by connecting with clients to return merchandise.
- Order supplies for the store and support operations and store maintenance.
- Clean sales floor and stock area and follow all Health and Safety guidelines.
Requirements- Minimum 2-4 years professional experience in retail or customer experience, luxury experience preferred.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Stock control and selling experience with strong organizational skills.
- Strong drive for results and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a team environment and use POS system and its inventory management functions.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25lbs.
- Foreign language skill is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
