Summary
The Stockist supports store leadership with shipping and receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and housekeeping to maintain product presentation and customer service standards. This role partners with the team on replenishment, repairs processing, and ensuring the store is inventory ready.
Responsibilities
- Ship and receive transfers and client merchandise
- Prepare merchandise for shipping with accurate packaging and wrapping
- Supervise UPS log and track packages and arrange hand deliveries
- Report damaged merchandise to management and process incoming repairs with claim paperwork
- Arrange merchandise in the stock area to top store standards and ensure accurate ticketing and censoring
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with store leadership
- Prepare the store for inventory and maintain inventory readiness
- Order supplies and support facilities fixtures maintenance
- Clean sales floor and stock area and follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional retail or customer experience; luxury experience preferred
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Stock control and selling experience
- Proficiency with POS inventory functions and Microsoft Office including PowerPoint Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and drive for results
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and lift up to 25lbs
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Foreign language skills a plus
