Job Description

Summary

Provide administrative support for store operations, act as a hub of information for customers and employees, maintain and analyze sales and budget reports, and coordinate customer and employee events. Role requires professionalism, organization, problem solving, and flexibility to work nights and weekends based on store needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers and employees by providing information and assistance
  • Maintain and analyze sales data and spreadsheets
  • Analyze budget reports and assist with financial tracking
  • Respond to customer feedback and follow up as needed
  • Coordinate customer events and employee events including meetings and rallies
  • Demonstrate accountability, accuracy, and initiative in daily tasks
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends based on store needs

Requirements

  • Solid verbal and interpersonal skills with strong decision making
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment
  • Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and accuracy
  • Flexible availability to work nights and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
