Store Asset Protection Manager - 57th Street Flagship

As a Store Asset Protection Manager at the 57th Street Flagship, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding company assets and ensuring a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Reporting to the Senior Store Director, you will lead asset protection efforts across the store, focusing on compliance, risk minimization, and adherence to company standards.

• Oversee compliance with company and store procedures, ensuring the team is trained and clear on security policies.
• Monitor and audit operational standards, including cash office, product handling, and security protocols.
• Implement and manage alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV.
• Lead a team of Security Guards, managing schedules and expenses.
• Report incidents of theft, loss, or suspicious behavior promptly.
• Educate and execute emergency preparedness and physical security measures.
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events.
• Create reports on security status and present improvement plans.

• 5+ years of experience in asset protection or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise a security team.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and coordinating with management and law enforcement.
• Proficiency in managing security systems and equipment.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and implement safety measures.
