Store Director - Valley Fair

• Support the sales team to achieve budget and analyze store KPIs to implement action plans.
• Propose annual store strategy to meet goals and develop a business plan for execution.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team for growth and development.
• Ensure the execution of Bulgari selling ceremony and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Manage performance reviews and development plans for direct reports.
• Optimize store operations and ensure adherence to retail procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Drive client relationship building and develop a robust client development strategy.
• Monitor luxury jewelry market performance and develop marketplace strategies.

• 6+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Ability to cultivate industry-related relationships and think strategically.
• Availability on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and store operation applications.
