Summary
The Store Director leads the Boston Copley boutique driving sales, operations, training, and inventory management while delivering an elevated luxury customer experience aligned with brand standards. This role manages P&L responsibilities and mentors the team to achieve category and store objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach sales associates on the selling floor to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and empower the team through training and performance feedback
- Manage clienteling efforts to drive new client acquisition and retention
- Support and execute visual merchandising guidelines and changes to boost sales
- Perform daily reporting and sales analysis as directed
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and retail operational procedures
- Handle customer issues and facilitate resolutions to maintain high service standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy and control shrink rates through operational initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient digital literacy
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to empower others and build effective teams
- Experience with P&L responsibility and sales analysis
- Ability to mediate and resolve customer or staff concerns
- Foreign language skills considered a plus
