Summary
The Store Director leads store strategy, people development, client experience, and operations to drive business performance and maintain luxury service standards. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure sales targets, client retention, and store efficiency are met while representing the brand.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the store team to deliver superior client service and after sales experiences.
- Develop and execute CRM and clienteling strategies to grow top clients and customer loyalty.
- Drive sales performance and KPIs through floor leadership and cross functional initiatives.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and talent acquisition to build a high performing team.
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, and loss prevention activities to maximize full price selling.
- Plan and execute local events and product launches to drive traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Partner with People Partners on employee relations and performance management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform store strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to analyze sales reports.
- Proven ability to drive exceptional client experiences and loyalty.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- High standards of professionalism ethics and integrity.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays.
