Job Description

Summary

The Store Director leads store operations to achieve business objectives while embodying the brand and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role manages sales performance, inventory and merchandising, team development, and operational compliance in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and maximize sales performance to meet store budget and profitability goals
  • Analyze monthly store performance and report trends to inform action plans
  • Lead sales floor engagement with top clients and ensure high service standards
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with departments to support product launches
  • Train and educate associates on collection knowledge and brand pillars
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high performing team; manage scheduling and staffing
  • Execute client development strategies including CRM initiatives and local events
  • Oversee store operations including loss prevention, inventory reconciliations, and expense control
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends
  • Proven track record driving customer loyalty and measurable sales results
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
  • Industry awareness and strong business acumen
  • Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
