Responsibilities

• Define and execute store action plans, monitor sales targets and KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain store talent while building a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Lead clienteling and ensure consistent brand standards, service quality, and visual presentation.
• Oversee store administration, payroll, scheduling, inventory, warehouse stock, safety, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure store processes meet legal, security, HR, and company requirements while managing costs and protecting assets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of successful management experience in luxury retail, leading a team of at least 20 people.
