Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to store managers and the wider team.
• Develop managers through consistent coaching and tailored action plans.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent with a focus on succession planning.
• Organize and delegate team responsibilities based on business needs.
• Set team and individual targets and manage progress toward goals.
• Translate strategic and business objectives into concrete actions.

• Manage and coach managers to develop their teams effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven experience managing teams and preferably managing other managers.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify market opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Exceptional client service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
