Summary
Lead and develop the store team to drive business performance and deliver exceptional client experiences at a luxury retail location. Coach managers, recruit and promote talent, set and translate strategic goals into actionable plans, and foster a collaborative and high performing work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on leadership and consistent coaching to store managers and staff
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent with a focus on succession planning
- Organize the team based on business needs and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Translate strategic and business goals into individual objectives and action plans
- Set and monitor team and individual targets and manage performance toward goals
- Cultivate a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation
- Manage and coach managers in developing their teams
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proven experience managing teams and preferably managing other managers
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand market trends
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and people development skills
- Exceptional client service and relationship building skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to model and promote company values and attitudes
