Summary

The Store Director will lead the Oak Brook store, driving business performance and overseeing day-to-day operations. You will develop and mentor a high-performing sales team, build sustainable client relationships, and ensure the store meets its sales and budgetary goals while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional client service
• Drive client and business development, including building a personal client portfolio and cross-selling
• Set and implement actions to achieve sales targets and monitor store performance and budget
• Recruit and retain talent, provide regular feedback and development plans
• Role model selling and on-floor management while ensuring brand standards and operations are maintained

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in premium or luxury retail
• Strong sales leadership with a track record of client development and driving repurchase rates
• Experience managing store operations, budgets, and performance metrics
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop engaged teams and provide mentorship
