Job Description

Summary

Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Newbury Street store to meet and exceed sales and profitability targets while partnering with the Market Vice President. Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver extraordinary client experiences and deepen client relationships. Cultivate spheres of influence within the store, the mall, and the city to drive lifetime loyalty and commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead store sales and operations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Drive client development activity, deepen client relationships, and personally manage key client accounts.
  • Coach and motivate the team to deliver the Tiffany Experience, including selling ceremony and hospitality standards.
  • Monitor and act on NPS and guest feedback to elevate the in-store experience.
  • Hire, assess, develop, and retain talent; create development plans and use performance management to improve engagement.
  • Optimize store amenities and product pillars to create unique client experiences and maximize sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-focused industries such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record of sales generation and meeting sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to perform varied store roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), client tracking systems, and point of sale (POS) systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • College or university degree desired.
