Job Description

Summary

The Store Director leads all sales and store operations for the Dallas NorthPark location, accountable for achieving sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional client experiences. This role partners with the Market Vice President to set strategy, model service standards on the sales floor, and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and motivate store leadership and staff to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and profitability goals.
  • Drive client development and retention through direct involvement in sales and relationship building.
  • Ensure a consistent, elevated in-store experience by coaching service behaviors and acting on Voice of Client feedback.
  • Oversee store operations, hospitality and amenities to optimize the guest experience and store performance.
  • Recruit, assess and develop talent; implement development plans and performance management to grow team capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail or client-facing hospitality roles.
  • Proven track record of generating sales and achieving business targets.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Authorization to work in the United States; college degree and GIA or graduate gemology coursework preferred.
